no, I don't know if Andrea has shared with his father the composition of the music.
Andrea has been very busy from mid 2010 until today having composed the soundtrack of the remake of LA DONNA DELLA DOMENICA ( broadcasted on RAIUNO last spring ), then the music of two documentaries - CROCHET and THE NOVEL - and lately, working at the soundtrack of the last Giuliano Montaldo's film - L'INDUSTRIALE - which will be out in the cinemas next autumn ( regarding this argument see a new post ).
Busy as he is, I don't know if he has found the time also for ULTIMO...maybe.

Hello,
Before the cinema assignments evoked by Altnikol and confirmed later, the Maestro had the time to score another TV miniseries : some sites (links below and other ones) give some information.
First, it will be broadcast soon : next November through Canale 5 (Mediaset).
Secondly, this miniseries has 3 episodes. I suppose it is a little more than the previous ones : Ultimo 1 was in 2 episodes , but I don't know the 2 others.
So, soon there will be a Mafia movies, a wonderful news for me, enjoying a lot this style of music !
And because of the producer Valsecchi (Taodue) and Mediaset (and not RAI), we can hope for a CD…

About another TV movie like Come un delfino 2, I am more dubitative upon the new music : EM will have the time to score it in 2012 with the other projects ?

Wish I was in Italy that week!!!!!

After a long absence, I found the surprise that the film has been postponed.
As previously announced, the film should have been broadcasted on 22 and 23 February, then, at the last moment, it has been postponed to 28 and 29 February and then, once again, postponed to...nobody knows when.

This is the result of the usual daily war between RAI and Mediaset.
They both plan their programs, but then, before broadcasting them, wait to see what the competing network, this or that evening, will broadcast.

This time, ULTIMO, L'OCCHIO DEL FALCO, has been the one which has paid the account of this ridiculous (not to say worse) situation.

I saw in the title : "rimandati a settembre" (postponed to september).
The lines after mention that the series previously planned for the seaon 2011/2012 (now) are postponed until autunno 2013. This means that it is maybe planned for the season 2012/2013, that is to say from september 2012 to summer 2013, being compatible with a broadcast in Autumn 2012. That is what I understood.

Maybe one Italian member like Altnikol could makes clear better about ?
